As an IT Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Your daily tasks will involve implementing and maintaining software and servers, alongside the installation, replacement, and upkeep of hardware. You will also be responsible for continuous communication with higher-level support teams, departments, and service providers to ensure system availability, and to meticulously record, document, and resolve any disruptions.
