Job Summary

This role is for an IT System Administrator / IT Specialist who will provide essential 1st and 2nd level support to clients, both remotely and on-site. Key responsibilities include managing Windows Server environments, PCs, mobile devices, phone systems, firewalls, backups, and Microsoft 365. The position also involves independent project planning and implementation of IT infrastructures, troubleshooting, and contributing to the development of new solutions. Ideal candidates will have a completed IT vocational training, strong technical knowledge in networking, client-server environments, and virtualization, coupled with excellent customer and service orientation.
