Job Summary

As a Senior AI Engineer at E.ON's Digital Technology organization, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing advanced AI solutions to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency for smarter energy solutions. You will lead the development of agentic AI solutions, leveraging RAG, Python, and FastAPI, and implement AI-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI Service. The role involves architecting and optimizing database models, leading the full development cycle of AI solutions from data ingestion to scalable deployment, and automating infrastructure tasks with Terraform. This position requires strong expertise in AI development, cloud infrastructure management (especially Azure), and a deep understanding of LLM-based applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical leadership, and guide clients through digital transformation initiatives, contributing to E.ON's green transition.
