Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Practice Manager or Business Administrator to join a large, interdisciplinary pediatric and adolescent medical practice with locations in Sachsenheim and Vaihingen/Enz, Germany. The successful candidate will be instrumental in overseeing daily operations, including practice organization, human resources planning, and patient billing. Key responsibilities also involve patient consultation and support, appointment scheduling, and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and enjoy working collaboratively within a team environment, with a particular affinity for interacting with children and parents. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a team of approximately 30 employees, working in modern facilities.
