Job Summary
This role is for a proactive Digital Analyst specializing in E-Commerce, tasked with optimizing the online shopping experience for a renowned luxury brand. Day-to-day, you will establish robust analysis and reporting structures, meticulously analyze user data from digital channels, and derive actionable recommendations to enhance the customer journey, product assortment, and overall e-commerce performance. A key part of the role involves setting up and maintaining web-tracking systems, supporting A/B tests, and developing standardized reports with key performance indicators. You will collaborate closely with UX, IT, and Marketing teams, fostering a data-driven mindset across the organization. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Digital Business, Business Informatics, E-Commerce, Data Science, or comparable fields
Experience
- Several years of professional experience (typically approx. 3 years) in digital web and data analysis, ideally in an e-commerce environment
- Experience in visual and user-friendly presentation of statistical key figures and analysis results
