This role is for an IT Support Specialist providing essential first-level support to end-users within a leading European IT service company, specifically for their client, Deutsche Bank. The specialist will handle daily user inquiries, provide technical assistance for Windows and Apple devices (Notebooks, MacBooks, iPhones, iPads), and offer guidance on product selection and system usage. Key responsibilities also include technical administration, managing IP telephony, operating systems, and VPNs, as well as documenting all requests in a ticket system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills in both German and English, and a service-oriented approach to problem-solving.
