Job Summary
This role is for a Civil Engineer specializing in both building construction (Hochbau) and civil engineering (Tiefbau) projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, management, and oversight of new construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects, including administrative buildings, substations, and switchgear houses. Key responsibilities involve developing concepts, preparing specifications, creating time and budget plans, and ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and deadlines during construction supervision. The role requires coordination with subcontractors, authorities, architects, and specialist engineers, alongside collaboration with commercial and technical departments to optimize project outcomes.
