Job Summary
This role is for an experienced PLC Engineer/Technician responsible for designing, developing, and implementing PLC control programs for complex automation systems. Key responsibilities include programming and commissioning Siemens PLC controls using TIA Portal and CODESYS, as well as designing and visualizing user interfaces with WinCC. The successful candidate will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet customer-specific requirements, troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing automation systems, and document projects while training operating personnel. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in programming Siemens PLC controls and HMI systems (TIA Portal, WinCC)
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing PLC control programs
- Experience with CODESYS programming is beneficial
