Job Summary
This role involves hands-on work in vehicle development, focusing on electrical systems, high-voltage technology, and autonomous driving. The technician will be responsible for building and modifying vehicles and their subsystems, setting up and configuring measurement technology, and performing software and hardware upgrades. Key tasks also include diagnosing, programming, coding, and interpreting data from control units, as well as supporting vehicle testing both domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive mechatronics, experience with vehicle electrics/electronics, and a passion for automotive innovation, especially in e-mobility and autonomous driving. Required Skills
Education
Completed training as an Automotive Mechatronics Technician or comparable qualification. Further training as a Master Craftsman or Technician is desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience in vehicle electrics and electronics
- Experience in the OEM sector is an advantage
- Ideally experience in high-voltage (HV) technology and measurement technology
