Job Summary
This role is for an ambitious Chemical Engineer or Chemist to join FERCHAU, a leading European technology services platform, to drive technological advancements in the pharmaceutical sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding new pharmaceutical active ingredients from the clinical phase through to product launch. Key responsibilities include independently performing instrumental analyses on various systems, developing and optimizing analytical procedures, and creating solutions through literature research. The position also involves validating and ensuring the quality of methods used, and preparing comprehensive analysis reports, test specifications, and SOPs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in biotechnology, chemical engineering, chemistry, or biochemistry, or an experienced chemical laboratory technician, who is meticulous, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to cutting-edge pharmaceutical development.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician with relevant professional experience
Experience
- Professional experience in instrumental analysis (e.g., through internships) is an advantage
- Knowledge of GMP guidelines is desirable
