Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated User Help Desk Specialist who will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues. You will be responsible for receiving IT disturbance calls, accurately documenting new tickets with detailed descriptions, and escalating system inquiries, malfunctions, and problems to the appropriate departments. Additionally, you will handle customer follow-up questions, provide status updates, and communicate resolutions back to users. This position is ideal for someone with initial experience in IT support, a strong customer and service orientation, and excellent communication skills.
