Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st Level IT support, acting as the first point of contact for user inquiries from the central office and various locations. Key responsibilities include receiving, analyzing, and processing user requests, as well as recording, classifying, and escalating incoming incident reports within a ticketing system. The successful candidate will also manage Microsoft Active Directory and handle software installations and troubleshooting on end-user devices. This position is ideal for someone with an IT background and initial experience in IT support, who is customer-oriented and possesses strong communication skills.
