Job Summary
This role is for an ambitious Service Desk Employee who will be the central point of contact for IT service requests and incidents. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving and processing change requests and incident reports from users, acting as a communication interface between users and other support teams, and providing qualified first-level support for software and hardware issues via phone and email. The ideal candidate will prioritize, classify, and document disturbances in a ticketing system, ensuring tickets are managed according to Service Level Agreements.
