Job Summary
This role is for an IT Specialist in System Integration who will be responsible for the comprehensive support and maintenance of IT infrastructures. Day-to-day tasks include managing Active Directory domains and Microsoft Exchange, providing first and second-level helpdesk support, configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure, and overseeing backup and recovery processes. The specialist will also ensure system availability and administer client infrastructure. Ideal candidates will have a completed vocational training in system integration or a comparable qualification, coupled with professional experience. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in IT system integration
- Good knowledge of Microsoft environments, server, client, and network hardware
- Desirable knowledge of network technologies, protocols, and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ideally experience with VMware virtualization tools like vSphere or Workstation
