Job Summary

As an IT Technician, you will be the frontline support for a wide range of IT services, primarily focusing on end-user device management and troubleshooting. Your daily tasks will involve configuring and handling iPhones and iPads, performing MAC-D (Move, Add, Change, Delete) operations for IT equipment, and installing/deploying PCs, notebooks, printers, mobile data terminals, and barcode scanners. A key part of your role will be addressing and resolving IT incidents and tickets. This position requires a strong background in IT system integration, excellent knowledge of Apple devices, various operating systems like Windows and Mac OS, and experience with ticketing systems. The role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in complex project environments within a well-established IT service provider.
