Job Summary

Join the Berlin State Office for the Protection of the Constitution as IT Support Staff, playing a crucial role in maintaining the IT infrastructure for a key state intelligence agency. Education

• Civil service qualification for the second entry-level of career group 1, general administrative service, non-technical administrative service, with relevant IT knowledge OR • Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Application Development, System Integration, Data and Process Analysis, or Digital Networking) OR • Completed vocational training as a Technical System IT Specialist OR • Completed vocational training as an IT System Salesperson OR • Completed vocational training as an IT System Electronics Technician OR • Completed vocational training as a Salesperson for IT System Management or Digitalization Management OR • Completed vocational training as an Administrative Assistant or Office Management Salesperson with proven, equivalent IT knowledge OR • Completed vocational training and several years of professional experience in public administration with proven, equivalent IT knowledge

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support and administration
  • Professional experience in public administration (if not holding specific IT qualifications)
  • Experience with current IT hardware and peripherals
  • Experience with operating systems and network administration
  • Experience in applying IT technology
  • Experience with user administration in Active Directory and MS Exchange
