This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support to a large user base across Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for remote assistance, managing approximately 2000 Windows 10 clients, and offering application support for key platforms like Microsoft, Office 365, and Cisco VoIP. Key responsibilities include independently resolving IT issues, documenting activities in a ticketing system, and performing software distribution.
