This role involves providing critical Second Level IT Support within a technologically advanced and security-sensitive environment. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing and resolving IT incidents, maintaining Windows clients, servers, and networks, and assisting with the administration of Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
