This role offers a direct entry into a secure IT environment within an established technology company in Hamburg, specializing in complex technical systems. The First Level IT Support Specialist will be responsible for receiving and processing IT incidents and service requests, classifying and documenting tickets, and providing initial troubleshooting for client-side issues.
