This role involves managing technical contracts within the real estate department of the City of Duisburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and finalizing complex utility contracts, specifically for long-distance pipelines and similar infrastructure. This includes assessing technical requirements, resolving conflicts, and ensuring legal compliance, such as preparing easements and land registry entries. The position also entails conducting property transactions for special projects with significant technical components and negotiating compensation for pipeline routes. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or 'Diplom FH' (University of Applied Sciences Diploma) in Civil Engineering (Tiefbau), Supply Engineering, Surveying, or another relevant technical-engineering field. For civil servants, additional qualification for career group 2, first entry level of the (surveying-)technical administrative service of North Rhine-Westphalia is required.
