Job Summary

As a Process Improvement Manager, you will lead, motivate, and develop interdisciplinary teams with a clear focus on process ownership. Your daily tasks will include formulating and agreeing upon operational production specifications, identifying and implementing process-technological improvements, and providing solutions for process-technical deviations. You will also be responsible for capturing, transferring, and documenting process-technical knowledge, while actively promoting a 'Zero Harm' safety culture. This role involves conceptualizing and implementing process improvement measures that are safe, environmentally sound, quality-compliant, and energy/cost-efficient, alongside creating and executing an annual improvement plan. You will also support the development and introduction of new products and processes by collaborating with innovation and production departments.
