Job Summary
This part-time, permanent position involves comprehensive IT support within the Building Regulations Department. The successful candidate will primarily administer specialized and standard software, including DMS (Enaio), Prosoz, Itebo/Dalux, and manage the IT system. Key responsibilities include user account management, permission configuration, parameter settings, and user training. The role also involves liaising with software vendors for updates, assisting with database reorganization, and performing initial troubleshooting for software and hardware issues. A significant part of the job focuses on the ongoing implementation of digital building permit procedures, specifically optimizing previously analog processes. This role is ideal for a service-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a structured approach to work, who is eager to apply legal knowledge and contribute to digital transformation.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Administrative Assistant, Social Security Clerk, Judicial Clerk, Specialist for Labor Market Promotion, or Angestelltenlehrgang I; OR completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Application Development or System Integration) or another IT-focused qualification.
Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT or with an IT focus (for administrative professionals)
- Professional experience in IT system administration and support
- Experience with software like DMS (Enaio), Prosoz, Itebo/Dalux is beneficial but not explicitly required
