The individual will specialize in High-Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) and Atmospheric Plasma Spraying (APS) methods, evolving them using the company's R&D coating facility. Key responsibilities include defining process parameters, introducing new plasma spraying systems into production, and serving as the primary technical contact. The expert will analyze production processes, identify optimization potential, implement targeted improvements, and report regularly to project partners in both German and English.
