Job Summary
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in medical or biological fields, focusing on complaint management within the medical technology sector. Key responsibilities include handling customer complaints from intake via SAP to root cause analysis, particularly for transfusion medicine and cell therapy products. The specialist will be responsible for creating and reviewing English complaint documentation, performing statistical analysis, and preparing presentations. The position also involves supporting R&D projects through laboratory work, measurements, analytics, and quality control, as well as developing and executing tests with human blood. Strong communication skills in both German and English are essential for interacting with various internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should be highly organized, self-reliant, and proficient in relevant software.

Education in a medical or biological field
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as a technical assistant (in various fields) or in a comparable profession
- Experience in complaint processing, preferably in the Medical Devices sector
- Preferred experience in transfusion technology or transfusion medicine
