Job Summary

This role is for a Digitalization Manager to lead the implementation of a CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) system as a unified planning basis across various disciplines, including process, electrical, and process control technology. The successful candidate will coordinate interfaces with internal IT and other software solutions like BIM and SAP, provide user support, manage CAE standards, and contribute to system optimization. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in IT project and process management, digital transformation in engineering, and a passion for change management, aiming to drive innovation within Berlin's water and wastewater sector.

Required Skills

Education

Master's degree in IT Project Management, Process and Project Management, Geo-Informatics, Construction Informatics, Business Informatics, or Industrial Engineering. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics with extensive practical experience and proven experience as an IT Project Manager.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT project and process management
  • Experience in project management and management of CAE systems and their interfaces
  • Applied experience in controlling digital transformations in the engineering sector
  • Several years of experience in change and project management
