Job Summary

This role is for an Offshore Service Technician specializing in High Voltage (HV) systems, responsible for critical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medium and high-voltage systems on wind turbines and offshore substations. The successful candidate will ensure the economic and uninterrupted operation of the Nordseecluster wind farm, working on a 14/14-day shift model from Eemshaven, Netherlands. Key responsibilities include independent diagnosis and repair of complex issues, overseeing service providers, issuing work permits, and leading junior technicians. This position requires a strong focus on safety, active participation in commissioning phases, and close collaboration with management to uphold operational excellence and emergency response protocols.

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician or Mechanic (EFK)

Experience

  • At least two years of professional experience in the maintenance of medium and high-voltage systems on wind turbines and offshore substations
  • Professional experience and training in the installation, operation, and maintenance of medium and high-voltage technology
