Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive administration of central application software, document management systems, the intranet, and the official website for the Leipzig District Office. The specialist will be responsible for the planning, conceptualization, and documentation of software components, supporting procurement processes, and establishing standards for the acquisition and implementation of new applications. Key responsibilities also include installation, maintenance, configuration, and administration of central software, ensuring system operation, managing licenses, and providing second and third-level support. This position offers an opportunity to work in a central, varied role within a public administration setting, contributing to the digital infrastructure of the Leipzig District.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Administrative Informatics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT system administration and support

- Experience in system monitoring and ensuring operational stability
