Job Summary

This role involves performing crucial laboratory analyses for a state-of-the-art dairy in Mechernich, Germany, which processes and distributes high-quality food products globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting raw milk examinations, sensory evaluations of products, and specialized tests on cleaning and disinfectant solutions, as well as potable and process water. Key duties also include the calibration, cleaning, and maintenance of laboratory equipment, and participation in interlaboratory proficiency testing. This position requires a qualified Chemical Laboratory Technician with significant experience in the food industry and a willingness to work in a 24/7 continuous shift model, including weekends and holidays.
