Job Summary

As a (Senior) IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues, providing swift technical assistance onsite, via phone, email, chat, or TeamViewer. A key part of your role involves meticulous documentation of issues and solutions within Jira Service Management to enhance support processes. You'll also be instrumental in onboarding new team members by conducting training sessions on Google Workspace and Mitel PBX. Managing Windows user environments, administering mobile devices (Android/iOS), and supporting hardware/software rollouts with PDQ Deploy are core responsibilities. Furthermore, you will contribute to the team's knowledge base using Confluence. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, several years of IT support experience, and excellent communication skills with a proactive, service-oriented approach.
