Job Summary

This role is for an IT Infrastructure Coordinator who will serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters for employees at the Oberkochen site. The successful candidate will manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including standard hardware, conference technology, and specialized solutions like embedded devices. Responsibilities also include procuring, commissioning, and maintaining hardware and software, both locally and in the cloud (e.g., SharePoint, data storage, Windows, Linux, CUDA environments). This position requires administering department-specific services and applications, continuously developing the IT landscape, and acting as an interface to central IT to ensure policy compliance and efficient solution implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and administration, with a conceptual mindset.
