Job Summary
As a Service Desk Specialist for Logistics, you will be the primary point of contact for IT and logistics users, providing essential 1st-level support for technical challenges within the logistics center. Your role involves promptly resolving IT-related issues and inquiries, ensuring high service quality and user satisfaction. You will play a key part in implementing new IT tools and technologies, acting as a crucial interface between internal departments and external service providers. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining knowledge databases and user guides, proactively identifying recurring issues, and continuously improving service quality. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring smooth IT operations in a dynamic retail environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration)
Experience
- Several years of experience in supporting Windows, MacOS, and Active Directory environments
- Professional experience in supporting iOS devices
- Experience with common hardware (notebooks, printers) and tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and Barramundi
