The City of Bayreuth is seeking multiple IT Support Specialists to bolster its Client Management team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing first-level support for approximately 800 virtual and 400 physical computers within a Windows environment, serving as the primary contact for IT-related queries via hotline and on-site assistance. Key responsibilities include managing user accounts and mailboxes, performing basic installations of PCs, notebooks, and workstations, and supporting software distribution and update management. You will also administer central print servers and monitor the printing infrastructure.
