Job Summary
The Carl von Ossietzky University Oldenburg is seeking a Research Associate for a three-year, part-time (75%) position within the Department of Anesthesiology, Intensive Care Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Pain Therapy (AINS). This role focuses on translational research in hypoxic-inflammatory gene regulation and endothelial dysfunction, involving fundamental scientific studies on biomaterials and implementing new molecular biological methods. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with inter- and intra-clinical scientific groups, supervise technical assistants and students, contribute to teaching, and actively pursue third-party funding and publications in international journals. Required Skills
Education
Completed scientific university degree (Diplom [Uni]/Master) preferably in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or comparable fields.
Experience

- Experience in supervising medical-technical assistants, students, and physicians with research leave
- Experience in acquiring third-party funding and preparing study protocols
