This role is for a Clinical Research Specialist focused on complaint handling and R&D support within the chemical and medical device industry. The specialist will be responsible for logging complaints in SAP, investigating root causes for transfusion medicine and cell therapy samples, and preparing detailed English documentation and statistical reports. Key duties also include providing R&D support through laboratory work, measurements, analysis, and quality control for medical device projects, as well as developing and conducting tests using human blood for autotransfusion, cell therapy, and plasma donation. The ideal candidate will have a medical or biological background, experience in complaint processing (preferably with medical devices), and strong communication skills in both German and English to collaborate across various departments and international teams.
