Job Summary
The City of Aschaffenburg is seeking a dedicated First-Level IT Administrator to join their Digitalization, Organization, and IT Department. In this role, you will be a crucial part of a 17-person IT service team, providing essential support to approximately 1200 clients and 350 mobile devices. Your daily tasks will involve receiving, analyzing, and prioritizing support requests, performing field service duties such as setting up and configuring IT equipment, and collaborating closely with other IT teams to resolve challenges. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining IT documentation and wikis. This position requires a strong service-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of Microsoft products. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent professional experience for career changers.
Experience
