Job Summary

As a Senior Mechanical/Piping Engineer, you will be instrumental in the development and creation of critical project documentation, including specifications, piping class determinations, system layouts, 3D models, bills of materials, and cost estimations. You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule requirements. This role involves close collaboration within interdisciplinary teams to foster innovation and enhance technical processes. You will serve as a key contact for authorities, operators, and stakeholders, managing communication and relationships effectively. Staying abreast of industry trends is crucial to maintaining the company's technical excellence. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience

  • At least 8 years of professional experience in piping system engineering, preferably in high-pressure applications within the energy or oil & gas industry.
  • Specific knowledge and experience in pipeline transport of natural gas, hydrogen, ammonia, and carbon dioxide are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in engineering and engineering management with a track record across various project phases (from feasibility to commissioning).
  • Leadership qualities, particularly the ability to abstract complex technical matters for persuasive presentations.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
