Job Summary
This role involves playing a crucial part in the modernization and digitalization of the district administration, specifically focusing on projects related to the Online Access Act (OZG). The successful candidate will analyze existing departmental processes, define new digital workflows, and support the implementation of an electronic file system (E-Akte) and document management system (DMS). Key responsibilities include advising departments on digitalization strategies, integrating new digital tools, and leading comprehensive change projects within the OZG framework. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Administration, Digital Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Economics, or a comparable field; OR University degree with at least three years of professional experience in digitalization projects; OR Completed advanced training qualification equivalent to General Administration studies (e.g., Angestelltenlehrgang II, Certified Administrative Specialist)
Experience
- Professional experience in digitalization projects (if no relevant university degree)
- Experience with DMS programs, project management tools, or collaboration tools (desirable)
