Job Summary
This role involves being the primary point of contact for customers, addressing product-related inquiries. Key responsibilities include handling incoming calls, classifying and processing requests via remote maintenance, escalating complex issues to 2nd-level support, and meticulously documenting all interactions within a ticketing system. The successful candidate will also contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes. Required Skills
Education
