Job Summary
As an IT Service Manager, you will be instrumental in optimizing and supporting business processes by planning, controlling, and monitoring IT services. This role involves defining, implementing, and overseeing IT Service Management processes, methods, and standards, adhering to recognized frameworks like ITIL or COBIT. You will be responsible for creating and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure the quality, availability, and security of IT services. A key aspect of this position is effective communication and collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners. You will also lead and mentor a team of IT specialists, analyze and improve customer satisfaction and service performance, and proactively identify and resolve IT service issues and risks. This position offers a chance to significantly contribute to an organization's IT landscape, fostering continuous growth and skill development.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field; ITIL Certification (advantageous)
