Job Summary
This role is for an experienced Product Development Project Manager to lead exciting projects for clients in the Pharma and Life Science sectors. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for setting up test stands, documenting data, contributing to concept development, and troubleshooting technical issues. A key part of the role involves creating GMP/IVD/CLSI compliant documentation, planning statistical studies, and managing project timelines and costs. You will lead and motivate a specialized project group, ensuring project goals are met and team members are trained. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a passion for connecting people and technologies to deliver innovative solutions.
Required Skills
Education
Master's degree in a technical or natural science field (Chemistry, Biology, Medical Technology, or comparable)
Experience
- Professional experience in the development or production of diagnostic measurement systems, specifically PoC
- Experience in creating regulatory compliant documents, such as test plans and results reports
- Experience with the application of statistical procedures
- Experience in project management and leadership in a matrix organization
