Job Summary

This role is for an IT Specialist focused on System Integration, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of IT systems. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving IT system malfunctions, installing and configuring hardware and software, and performing system updates and upgrades. The specialist will also provide user support for technical inquiries and issues, create and maintain system documentation, and assist in the implementation of IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network technology, operating systems, and server administration, coupled with excellent problem-solving and communication skills to support users effectively.
