Job Summary

This role is for an IT Specialist focused on System Integration in Düsseldorf, joining the AlphaConsult Group, a leading staffing agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis and resolution of IT system malfunctions, installation and configuration of hardware and software, and performing system updates and upgrades. A key part of the role involves providing user support for technical queries and issues, as well as creating and updating system documentation. This position also offers the opportunity to support the implementation of IT projects. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in network technology, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and server administration, coupled with experience in virtualization technologies. The role requires a proactive, service-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
