Key responsibilities include managing IT operations for applications in Governance, Risk Management, and central outsourcing management, acting as a specialist for data management solutions, and serving as a technical point of contact for SAP Signavio. The position also involves fulfilling internal IT Service Management roles for Incident, Change, Problem, and Supplier/Service Level Management processes, participating in projects, ensuring project quality, and contributing to IT budget planning for operations.
