Job Summary
This role is for a Technical Administrative Assistant to support a renowned grid operator in Lübben, Germany. The successful candidate will act as a key coordinator, primarily assisting with the project planning of medium and low-voltage construction measures. Day-to-day tasks involve managing commercial processes such as orders, offers, cost calculations, and deadline monitoring. The position also requires extensive communication with authorities, companies, and private landowners regarding certifications and permits. You will be the crucial link between technical teams, procurement, accounting, and contractors, handle damage claims, and prepare completion reports. This is a full-time, temporary position with a significant home office option, offering an excellent opportunity to work within a critical infrastructure project.
