As an ERP Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients using the Abacus system, focusing specifically on HR, Payroll, and Time management modules. Your daily responsibilities will include advising customers on system queries, diagnosing and resolving system issues in close collaboration with 2nd Level Support, and ensuring smooth system operation. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating detailed system documentation and administering client system environments. The role also involves leading or supporting user training sessions on Abacus.
