Job Summary

This role involves providing essential First and Second-Level IT support, both remotely and on-site, for the EQOS Group's various branches. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and resolving IT issues, escalating complex problems to Third-Level support, and meticulously documenting all incidents. Key tasks include setting up devices and Windows operating systems, user support, and managing IT equipment. Additionally, the role contributes to the maintenance of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and VMware infrastructure, as well as developing backup and security strategies.
