Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Technician focused on providing essential 1st Level Support. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and ticket systems, performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, and managing Windows 10 administration, including Active Directory and printer management. The ideal candidate will have initial professional experience in IT service, a good understanding of client hardware, and proficiency in Windows 10 and Active Directory user management. Desired additional skills include familiarity with Android, iOS, MS Office, and MS Exchange.
