Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist who will be the first and second point of contact for customer IT inquiries, handling them via phone and a ticketing system. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a variety of IT technologies, including servers, clients, storage, networks, and firewalls. Key responsibilities also include the administration and monitoring of customer systems, with a strong focus on Windows Clients, Windows Servers, and Linux systems. The ideal candidate will possess a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, coupled with practical support experience in Microsoft environments, including MS Office 365, and ideally Linux systems. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues, and the ability to work independently and systematically.
