This role is for an IT Service Desk Employee who will be the first and second line of support for software and hardware issues. Day-to-day tasks involve managing support tickets, monitoring internal technologies, escalating complex problems to specialized departments, and performing installations and adjustments of workstation systems. - Good knowledge of network components like switches, WLAN, and firewalls
