Job Summary

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's fleet observation tool, focusing on data modeling, process optimization, and standardizing reporting across projects. Day-to-day tasks include acting as the technical contact for project teams, prioritizing and implementing project-specific requirements, and developing KPI standards for cross-project comparison. A key responsibility involves advancing the data model and interfaces (SQL/NoSQL) and ensuring stable database connections. Furthermore, the role requires analyzing and optimizing the entire process flow, from problem reporting to effectiveness checks, and developing predictive models (e.g., closed-loop effects, measure forecasts). The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics and possesses several years of relevant professional experience, strong BI understanding, and excellent communication skills.
